Here is the current forecast discussion on space weather and geophysical activity, issued 2020 Nov 11 1230 UTC.
Solar Activity
24 hr Summary: Solar activity reached low levels due to a C1/Sf flare from Region 2781 at 10/1946 UTC. Despite this low-level flare, Region 2781(S23W23, Eso/beta) was otherwise inactive and continued to slowly decay. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.
Forecast: Very low solar activity is expected 11-13 Nov, with a decreasing chance of an isolated C-class flare as Region 2781 continues to slowly decay.
Energetic Particle
24 hr Summary: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux was primarily moderate and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux remained at background values.
Forecast: The greater than 2 MeV electron flux is expected to reach moderate levels 11-13 Nov and the greater than 10 MeV proton flux is expected to continue at background levels.
Solar Wind
24 hr Summary: Solar wind parameters were indicative of a slow regime and benign IMF. Total IMF strength was primarily 4-5 nT and the Bz component was mainly directed northward. Solar wind speed averaged close to 325 km/s and the phi angle was predominantly negative.
Forecast: A slow solar wind regime is anticipate to continue 11-13 Nov.
Geospace
24 hr Summary: The geomagnetic field was quiet.
Forecast: Quiet levels of geomagnetic response are expected 11-13 Nov.
