[RFI] Electric Cart Repaired

Just to let those know following the Electric Mobility Rascal that
was killing my radio, tonight I replaced the faulty charger circuit
with a factory replacement with a 100% cure. The neighbor was happy
to replace the 'possibly hazardous' electronics that were arc'ing
inside...and just under their butt! 

Anyway, all's well that ends well...
