I've never been a Astron fan, but as the ss-30m (25 amp. cont., 30 amp
surge) was just the right size for my recent dxpedition. It weighs just
5 pounds, is only 4" x 7" x 10" (small), and I could detect -zero- noise
from it. Guess that says it all...
