The high-pass filter not helping indicates that overload is not the problem
although it would be advisable to try ferrites on the cable to make sure
its not coming in by common mode. Signal entry via the 115-v power cable is
a good possibility. Try ferrites on the TV's power cord. Ferrite
split-beads are easy to install and to move around to find the problem. --
