Ernesto, it depends on the construction material of the poles involved.
If they are metal, it calls for a gas driven carbide blade: and, make
sure you personally are insulated from ground. If they are wood, any
simple chain saw will do. Otherwise the local friendly moving service is
the best plan. It's often the starters that are bad but the rest of
their makeup is bad too. So chop them down!
