[RFI] AM receiver for noise tracking

Hi,

Can someone recommend a receiver that can be used to locate a noisey
power pole? I'd like it to have the following capabilities:

1. Cover 130 - 150 Mhz.
2. Amplitude modulation.
3. Portable/hand-held.
4. Connection for an external antenna.
5. RF gain control or variable RF attenuator.
6. Some kind of signal strength meter.
