Not all RFI noise is coming from the spark energy.
Some of it is coming from the injectors for the electronic
fuel injector system. I have bad RFI in my car. I shieled
my spark plub wires by using the shielding from RG-8 coax.
That got rid of most of the spark noise. But in doing so, the
injector noise was now the dominent noise. If you listen
closely, you should be able to hear the difference between
the injector noise and the spark noise. I haven't tried to
reduce the injector noise yet. But will be working on that
soon
