has been isolated to the doorbell drop I would obtain some premium =
quality(foil and braid) 2 conductor cable. I would then bypass with .01 =
caps at the control box.
To avoid unnecessry labor to reinstall the cable I would temporary =
pre-cut the needed length hook it to a doorbell switch and lay it out =
close has possible to the intended route on the floor.=20
