[RFI] 56k modem disconnects

Hi, 

Any time I get on the air even barefoot from 30M on down, the 
internal modems disconnect. I'm using 2 modems because there's 
no high speed internet here till 2005.

I know Radio Shack sells filters & toroids may help. 

I saw the prices for the filters from ICE and they're just too pricey for 
me to consider.

Anybody have this problem and found a good inexpensive answer?
