right...and imagine that any RF noise on that safety groundING lead can
pass
right on out of one's shack over coax cable shields, etc, to the antenna
field!
Earth-grounding the shields when they leave the shack helps that, but
as mentioned in ON4UN's book, a shack should be equipped with
a good quality "mains" filter as standard equipment.
