Were letters written to congress over that one?  If there were a thousand
comments on file with FCC from a single district, a letter to that
district's congressman pointing that out would have an impact.
Numbers do count whether they are sent to FCC or congress.

in its current form is adequate.  That is not enough.

No, that the proposed rules do not go far enough and we want more stringent
measurement techniques and standards for radiation but better and more

a relocation of BPL to a region where skywave prop. is not the norm.

the President; I have filed comments with FCC; I have not yet written
