The N2PK vector network analyzer has superb accuracy, even by professional standards; but it stops at 60MHz.

The MFJ-259B and -269 appear to be more accurate than the AEA-CIA, and they do cover Jim's whole range of interest. However, none of the 'antenna analyzer' class of instruments can measure very high or very low impedances with good accuracy - that is 'real VNA' territory.
