A 2 tone signal has been intermittently on 7239 kHz. On Saturday, it was there for hours, and necessitated moving the swap net off of 7240. Today, it was there again for a while. I am fairly sure it is nowhere near the SF bay area or Lake Tahoe areas, as it isn't very strong in either and doesn't vary with location. Has anyone in other areas heard this signal at high strength?
