Does he know that when you fire up your fully legal KW
amp and drive those devices crazy he will have to contact
the irresponsible manufacturers for the resolution -- because
their devices are not supposed to either emit nor receive
your signals?

Does he know that his selfishness may result in his loss
of his toys?

Interesting when selfishness is played out on both sides
of the fence, isn't it? ;-)

No, I am not recommending that you blast full-legal digitally
modulated RF toward another ham line-of-sight on the other
side of your selfish neighbor's home, though such may be
an interesting and legal (if you need full legal power to
establish and maintain the contact) method to get his
attention.

OTOH, the illegal 5KW amp being used by the unregulated CBer
across the street may accomplish the same thing.
