[RFI] TVI on Infrared Headset

Can someone suggest a way to fix RF entering into an Infrared headset system?
Or suggest a tested brand ot this equipment not prone to RFI?
It is better to buy an Infrared system or  a Radio system of communication 
between Headset and TV set, please ?
