Hi All,

I have an elderly ham friend who and avid CW Op
that just sent me this query.

Can anyone address this issue
I'd appreciate your thoughts on this so we might be
able to figure a way for Dan to stay on teh air as he is an avid CW Op

He's on a typical 75 x 100 or 100 x 100 ft city lot
and using verticals and wire antennas on the property.

W6WU Dan writes:

The VA is going to install a Defibrillator in my chest to keep my ticker
pumping at the correct speed at the end of May.

The problem may be that the device may well be affected by sudden surges of RF
when I use my keyer.

I wonder if you know anyone who has a Defibrillator and still is able to
operate CW without killing themselves?
