Yes, I have one wire attached to the antenna terminal with a spade
lug and a small screw threaded the same as the antenna base. The other
wire (ground) is simply clamped to the SO-238 socket using a PL-259
push-on adapter.
Now that I know about the need for a loading resistor, I'll probably build
that into a PL-259 with a short coax jumper to the sense coil. The twisted
green wire was just the closest thing available at the time.
