I thought it was also kinda neat that it was a few days *before* the
2009 ARRL CW DX Contest, in case any of us had residual TVI on the low
VHF TV channels.

Yes, sitting up here in the frozen north ("way" upstate NY), I thought
that was particularly clever scheduling.
