I bought mine at http://www.lodestonepacific.com which as Jim said is
referenced in his document. I just emailed a very specific list of what I
wanted and received a quote by return mail quite quickly. The prices were
GREAT! Try emailing 'Amy Pritchard' [sales@lodestonepacific.com] directly.
She did a fine job for me.
