I found an "open box" yachtboy at Fry's for 15 bux. No S Meter but using
it with W1HIS B Field sniffing loop I can find anything indoors or out.
Quite an easy project and very useful.

I have a smallish picture of his receiving loop on my blog page. Holding
the long dimension along a bundle of wires one can ID the offending
wire. It is useful out of doors as well and I no longer need to use
things like small yagis or ferriloopstick antennas. This works well and
is cheap to make. Aspect ratio is important in building it. Try to dupe
the dimensions.

The handle is a report binding plastic binder. The frame is plastic from
the report cover cut to the dimensions shown.
