We also got a new Sony Bravia LCD - model 52W5100 I think - a week or
two before Christmas.
Pleased also to report that so far I've not noticed any RFI crud from
the new Sony.
Even better - so far it has not experienced any RFI into it even when
operating with 1.5kw to my antennas out back about 60-100 ft away. It's
connected to our local cable provider thru a digital DVR converter box.
We also purchased a new Samsung 22 inch LCD for our bedroom a couple
months ago. No RFI noticed from it either. However, we did experience
RFI from the transmitter into the Samsung. It's not on a digital DVR
converter box. A large 61 mix toroid with several turns of the TV's RG6
close to the back of the TV cured that problem.
