This frequency is being used by, http://www.fmarc.net/WYFR.htm ,
located in Florida.
I first heard it on my Collins 75S3. It's so strong in Evansville
Indiana that it passed through the rf section and mixes with the crystal
oscillator for 40 meters. Tuning the radio has no effect on the
signal. In fact I can remove the vfo oscillator tube and the signal is
still present. Maybe a trap in the front of your receiver would help.
In my case I just don't worry about it because my 200 hz cw filter
stops it cold.
