I believe LED refers to the light source for the LCD.

My CRT will get replaced in the next year and it will be replaced with
a 40" flat-screen.  We already have the spot on the living room wall
designated.  :-)

There seem to be three types of flat-screen techonology out there,
LED, LCD, and Plasma.  Did I miss any?

Of those three types, which generates the least RFI as a type?  I
realize that there will be variation between, and even within,
manufacturers, but surely one or two technologies can be eliminated
up-front.
