That MAY be true, but maybe not. The internal wiring can be an antenna
that radiates the trash, but the power line can be a better one. The
first thing I would try (because it's easy and inexpensive) would be a
ferrite choke wound with multiple turns on the power cord to the
refrigerator. Use as many turns as you can, or study the graphs in my
RFI tutorial for guidance as to the number of turns.

Another thing to check -- look at the wiring (or have an electrician
look at it) between the outlet where it's plugged in and the breaker
panel. Is the third wire (the ground) connected all the way through? It
MUST be, by law, and if it's missing, could make things worse.
BTW -- this is the first RFI report I've seen from a product of a major
Korean company. If you can't fix it with a choke, I'd go back to the
mfr and ask for a fix.
