Talk to Train or one of their distributors.  I was looking at a 
GeoThermal installation with the variable speed fan which is one of the 
reasons for the low cost of operation.  I asked about RFI and they said 
if it turned out to be a problem the company provided a kit to install, 
while other companies said they'd never heard of their controllers 
causing RFI.
How well the kit works, I don't know.

So "for me" they already have a head start by telling the truth.
