I heard the signal on 14.2 the other night and it was definitely not CODAR although it did sound like some kind of RADAR. I have exhhanged emails with the owner of the WEBSDR in Atlanta that shows CODAR around 14.200 in the evenings and he admitted that it is a problem with overload on his SOFTROCK SDR. When he switched to another receiver, the "CODAR" went away.
