[RFI] New Noise

I am hearing a new noise. It seems to be weak on 80M and strong on 15M, 
and higher.  I don't hear it on 40M or 20M, but it was strong on 20M 
yesterday.  It has a period of about 1.1 seconds and is a 
schuss-schuss-schuss sound.  Does anyone have any ideas?
