[RFI] Parabolics

Thanks to all for your comments and suggestions. Dave K6LL is selling me the 
parts for the QST tracker he never assembled so I'll start there. Seems like I 
should be able to "tune/focus" the dish to match the transducer by adjusting 
the height.
