Yes, the data sheet shows peak effectiveness in the range of 650 MHz -
1.2 GHz.
Lousy for common mode chokes below about 500 MHz. Not enough data to
know about RF power transformers, but they do look fairly high Q, so
look might be low below 100 MHz or so. But I'd have to see a REAL data
sheet that lists fundamental properties of the material.
