I am curious to know of any RFI emissions trouble from Dish or Direct TV
installations that would affect the 1.8 to 50 MHz spectrum. Have you made
receiving measurements to see if anything is being "emitted" by your (or
your neighbors) home satellite RX system? For example, if your low band RX
array was close to a Dish or Direct TV antenna - is there RFI noise that you
can here - caused by Dish or Direct TV?
Also, how about RFI problems associated with nearby transmitting antennas
that might cause RFI overload problems to the Dish or Direct TV systems - as
in TVI?
Is one service better than the other has far as receiving or transmitting
RFI, or are they RFI quiet and can take nearby HF transmitters?
