[RFI] ARRL Review of HTs for FCC Compliance?

I understand that the ARRL was testing various models of HTs at Dayton
this year for compliance with Part 97 spurious emissions requirements.
I don't remember exactly where I heard this but I seem to recall they
were gathering data for an actual print article in QST.  Is anyone
else aware of this?
