IC-T90a has great sensitivity, excellent receive audio in AM and FM but the
signal strength indicator is lacking for precise DF work.
Many T90s have indicators that are way too sensitive. They show full scale on
very weak signals.
I don't recommend.

google is your friend. Look it up!
If AM at VHF is important, look at the PL660 or PL880 (recently reviewed
by ARRL).
