[RFI] TV-7 D/U calibration?

My TV-7 D/U tube tester is as unreliable as a teenager at their first 
job. I live in SE CT and would like to drive it to somebody who has 
the equipment & know-how to smarten it up. I will ship if I end up 
having to but would prefer to take it to someone local.

Any suggestions?
