Another utility iDEN system out there is or was in Ohio/Indiana area what was
Cinergy now Duke Energy. Recently heard from their radio engineer who said
they were replacing it very soon.
Sprint/Nextel has spent hundreds of millions on 800Mhz rebanding over the last
15 years.

Both Sprint and SouthernLinc have repurposed the rebranded spectrum for LTE and
possibly a smattering of CDMA. The border with Mexico is as yet to
begin/complete rebanding (removing the interleaving).
