[RFI] New H & V units

I think we're going for a Ruud 96% furnace with the two speed blower.  
It's rated #1 in Consumers R and the price is close to the cheaper 
brands.  With the rebates it looked like a good deal and if there's a 
problem they'll fix it.
The air conditioner is a 2 ton with a seer of 13 which should be fine as 
our summer highs are usually not extreme.
