Don't forget to involve the operators of the RFI generating device-- that's your neighbor, as well...

I believe they are ultimately responsible, and will have to pay to have things fixed once the installers are gone...

It is in your, and your neighbor's, best interest, to get this solved as close to install as possible.

Once everyone leaves, your neighbor will be responsible for correction, removal, and/or fines, due to the RFI.

Once your neighbor realizes this, your neighbor will become motivated to help in solving this. You might go to the ARRL site, and print off an enforcement letter or two, and make sure to show it to your neighbor, all in a nice way, but in a firm way, else your use of 6 M will be less than optimum.

HELP !

Your problem, and it's solution, is a political one, not a technical
one. And I don't mean dem or repub. you need to somehow get the
installer/vendor to 1) care about the problem and 2) fix it. Working
through ARRL is certainly a good move, but you should also continue to
pursue that vendor/installer.
