checking a recording here... something similar was noted at 0558 Jan
16th.... very weak in Alberta.   looks like two digital signals centered
around 3595.450 khz... at the beginning of each segment there was short
pair of tones 100 hz apart. and at the end each "channel" sent some tones.
the tones were about 300 hz apart.

Another recording around the same time Jan 18 shows several digital signals
in the area but not on the same pair, and then some USB voice and then some
ALE soundings on 4596 - KE6IYC7 was decoded.

I think this is a fairly active area for all sorts of experimental things.
