I’m a newbie at this, but as I understand it’s the optimizers aka conditioners 
that are some of the problem, the other is the inverter....every panel has an 
optimizer, in my neighbors case, that’s 21....the other problem is the wiring 
connecting them, they are daisy chained, think loop, think antenna !! The fix, 
from what I’m told , is the interconnecting wiring needs to be twisted, wrapped 
several times thru ferrite core, and instead of daisy chained, at the end of 
the chain , instead of a loop, come back thru the array, think transmission 
line rather than antenna !! The connection between every panel needs the 
ferrite/twisting....I think it was March 2016 QST article, but May 2019 had an 
article as well as March 2019 CQ
