Is there any steps that I can take with this power supply to reduce the radiated and conductive emissions if any?  Like mounting it in a metal EMI case, Torrids on both the input and output leads, more capacitance on the output, etc.

See my advice on killing RX noise. k9yc.com/publish.htm  It starts with replacing all SMPS with linear. How much current do you need? Does it need to be regulated? What frequencies are you concerned with? Certainly choke both ends of every ethernet cable, and every cable connected to that system, including AC cables. I've found moderately priced un-regulated linear supplies at one of the major electronics distributors. Don't recall which one.
