Dave,
Thanks for checking te web site, but a little more investigating. I just
called the company and they are happy to assist with your request of the
FCC certification. Jacob from Morsen said he will happily converse via
email. He confirms they are FCC certified. Give them a call or write them
an email. He's easy to talk with and if you email support, ask them what
you want to know.
Morsen Phone: 1-319-512-3886
Support email: service@morsenled.com Subject: ATTN: Jacob, LED Growlight
FCC Certification

Here's the FCC 1-301-362-3024
https://www.fcc.gov/general/laboratory-division

FCC web site about LED Grow Lights
https://incompliancemag.com/fcc-clarifies-emissions-requirements-for-led-lights/

I have had conversations with FCC about many items and the FCC Part 15,
such Hams at Ham Fests selling *CB's converted to 10 and 12 meters are
Illegal*, *they do not comply with Part 15* anymore due to "down grade". I
never got a direct answer about the lights, but was referred to a web site,
listed above I'm sure lights do fall under the part 15, but Iwas told
there's SSDOC, FDOC, (FCOE?) FCOC I'm confused and don't want to cause
irritations but everything with current of a electrical kind emits RFI,
dish washer, wash machine, dryer, neighbors yard lights, I even pick up
cars going past the house with the electronic spark plug garbage. I usually
stay out discussions due to "opinions" and lack of courteousness.

I am not promoting nor support any business, lights or other products.
Being that I am a former *Marine,* and a Ham now,* I thought I might help a
fellow Ham and his wife. *

Mike KF5YUB
