I've spent many days in Arizona hunting down RFI sources for the local power
companies and many times the solar panels were to blame. I don't know of one
time it was actually the cause. Last year I spent five days in Arizona and
found two power line noise sources to be the cause, the the rest we're small
power supplies use on video cameras cable tv tuners.
