Find the wiring harness (likely a ribbon cable) that services the touch
panel and install multiple ferrites to that cable, all cables to that
module.  No promise, but clearly, you've isolated the problem module.

Also, the current drawn by the oven is likely to render the ferrites on the
main power to the oven in-operative.  Of course, this is the minimal time
you interfer with the oven.
