[RFI] Snow Storms And Solar Panel RFI

All:

Once again, a snow storm brought relief from the RFI being generated by 
my neighbors solar panels. This is the second storm this year where the 
snow piled high enough to render the panels useless.
Still no reply from Solar Edge after mentioning the lack of noise while 
the panels were covered with snow and the noise returning after the snow 
melts.
