Hi Gary, pleasant surprise to see you here; thanks for your input.

Wheeler's background was the cable TV industry.  When he was FCC
chair, he completely ignored RF broadcast.  He was consumed with
smartphones and didn't even go to NAB, but he'd show up at CES waving
an iPhone around.   He was a complete disaster, even for a lawyer.
