Not off topic at all. The first step most guys try it to replace the GFI. There 
are a couple of recommendations found here:

This might be off topic, so I apologize in advance. When I get on 75 / 40m my 
RF trips the GFI portion of the thermostat for radiant heating in my bathroom.  
Not sure how to approach this? Would I use a line filter, but is it considered 
line noise? Perhaps a few ferrite chokes on the leads feeding the heating mesh 
in the floor? Suggestion would be appreciated.--
