[RFI] Utilitech (Lowes) canless LED lights

I had these installed in my shack, and last year I reported there was a 7
dB noise rise on 10/15.  I now have an S7 noise on most bands (in AM mode)
which I first thought was power line noise as it was a constant buzz.
Finally time to install the replacement power supplies!
