[RFI] Electric Jackhammer RFI

I just had to share this.  They are in the process if installing a new 
storm-water management system in my basement, using Makita electric 
jackhammers to break up the floor around the perimeter.  I'm delighted 
to report that in today's 1900Z CWT I had zero RFI from them.  I did not 
expect that, not with the floor in my shack shaking.
