It has been S9+ all night here in Mission Viejo, Southern California all
night but started to fade at sunrise and by 10AM it was s3-4.

Using an Alex Loop and an SDR it seems to be North from here.

At 10AM on the Northern Utah SDR is it S7.
It is  S5 on the San Francisco SDR.
