I have had several people swear to me that their bill went down when they
put one of these plugged into their house close to the meter and the bill
reduced even more when they added another one the furthest from the meter
they could go. About 2 months ago someone sent me two of them to analyze
and figure out how it could possibly work. Of course I don't see the
possibilities of it reducing the current going through the meter but I do
have it and I plan on checking it out when I get the chance. I hope the
chance comes soon!
