I've tracked down three neighbors that had noise over the past three years,
and each one was skeptical of my claims and only one took up my offer to
find the source and remedy it. I already have an NCC-2 which I've used with
some success. After some soul-searching, I've decided to sell my amps and
radios, take down my antennas, and give up the hobby. I think this is a
losing battle.
